HOFOR keeps Copenhagen running by supplying heat, water and gas – but with the climate crisis, war in Europe and inflation, the city’s energy supply is under pressure. To tackle this, HOFOR launched a community-driven campaign urging citizens to turn down the heat and save energy for the greater good. The campaign combined practical tips with a simple, engaging tone and a touch of humor to make the message relatable. It successfully gave HOFOR a distinct voice while inspiring Copenhageners to take collective action.
