Café Noir is a coffee brand known for its iconic commercials inspired by the film noir genre, beginning in 2006 with the creation of its “100% black universe.” The name refers not only to the color black, but also to the Danish meaning of “noir” – describing something strange, absurd and darkly humorous. “100% black” also symbolizes coffee in its purest form. In the latest campaign, a wealthy clown who has lost his imagination auctions off his beloved possessions in exchange for viewers’ creativity in the comment section on Café Noir's social media platforms. The auction spans six weeks, with a new film released each week showcasing the clown and the prized items he is offering.
