Off the coast of Changhua, Ørsted is showing how offshore wind and fisheries can coexist in harmony. The documentary follows marine affairs officers and local fishers as they navigate change, bridging tradition and innovation through dialogue, respect, and shared purpose. From long-held fishing grounds to offshore wind training programs, it captures how collaboration builds trust and new opportunities for coastal communities. At its heart, it’s a story about people – proving that the energy transition can move forward without leaving anyone behind.
