Ørsted’s Operations & Maintenance team in Taiwan represents world-class excellence in keeping one of Asia’s largest offshore wind farms running safely and efficiently. The documentary follows the people behind the turbines, from control engineers to offshore technicians, whose precision, teamwork, and communication power 111 turbines off the coast of Changhua. Among them is Cathy Wang, Taiwan’s first female wind turbine technician, whose story embodies the spirit of progress and inclusion.
