Concept - Salmon is a fictional short film that follows August, a young chef with ambitious aspirations, as he gets a shot at working in a top-tier Nordic Michelin restaurant. With the eccentric and uncompromising head chef, André, constantly pushing him to his limits, August must perform flawlessly under immense pressure. However, his fear of failure and desire to meet high expectations lead him to conceal his mistakes, ultimately resulting in disastrous consequences. The film explores the cutthroat world of competitive Nordic kitchens, where the constant threat of replacement looms over every aspiring chef's pursuit of greatness.
